Jeff Rabberman – Manager

 Coach Rabberman is entering his 10th year in the Gaithersburg Giants Organization.  He is a 1997 graduate of Council Rock High School (PA) where he played football, basketball, and baseball, and continued his baseball career with Bucks County Community College.  He then transferred to Temple University where he earned his B.S. Degree in Kinesiology in 2002. He earned his Master's of Science in Athletic Administration from McDaniel College in 2016.

Rabberman was the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Gaithersburg High School for 9 years.  His teams posted a record of 139-59 with 5 division championships, 3 regional championships and a State Championship in 2015.  While coach of the Giants, his teams have won 188 games while winning the MCBL championship in 2011. He guided the Giants in the CRCBL to 4 playoff appearances in their first 5 years in the league and advanced to the LCS semifinals in 2016. He is currently the Athletic Director at Quince Orchard HS.  He and his wife Lori have two sons, Andrew and Carter.

Jesse Frawley – Pitching Coach

Coach Frawley is entering his 3rd year as the pitching coach for the Gaithersburg Giants. He played for the Giants for two summers (2013-14) and was selected to the Cal Ripken League All Star game in 2013. Coach Frawley played at Central Connecticut State University where he completed his Bachelors Degree in Physical Education. Coach Frawley was born and raised in Bethel, CT and moved down to Maryland to begin a career in teaching and coaching in 2016. He is now a Physical Education/Health Teacher at Gaithersburg Middle School as well as the Varsity Pitching Coach at Gaithersburg HS.

Pat Hisle – Hitting Coach

Coach Hisle is entering his 2nd year as the hitting coach for the Gaithersburg Giants. He played for the Giants in 2015. He played baseball and graduated from Walt Whitman HS in Bethesda. From there he played at the University of Maryland and was a member of the 2014, 2015 and 2017 Regonal teams as well as the 2014 and 2015 Region Championship and Super Regional teams. He is currently an Assistant Coach at Walt Whitman HS.
